Relevant piece, yes. Not relevent to the point Diddy was trying to make.

Set 2 is better.
Curious which is better for MNK with Verethragna to TP in when Impetus is down.
Full AF3+2 or Toci's Harness and Ocelo. Headpiece? If the second, does NQ or HQ make a difference on which set is chosen?
Drachenhorn seems to have weird attack bonus?
On DRK 99 naked with 99 Apoc, 109 + 12 STR, I get 597 attack with Drachenhorn. Twilight is 593
TP Gear at 109 +28 STR, Drachenhorn attack 697, Twilight 693
WS Gear is 109 +64 STR, Drachenhorn attack 710, Twilight 701
Fully buffed in VW using YCB, last resort, stalwart's, Atmacite Coercion, Discipline, Provenance and in whether or not I'm wearing Drachenhorn or Twilight - attack is at 1180? Doesn't make sense?
Looks like it's 5% before gear but after STR and Skill?
I don't know about the final example.
I don't know. I'd rather just see attack values for:
Apoc and no gear with and without Drachenhorn
Apoc and gear (no head armor) with and without Drachenhorn
Apoc, gear (minus head), Berserk, and Last Resort with and without Drachenhorn
I'm betting it's +5% additive with Berserk/LR and something got messed up in the previous test.
For the first part, naked with no gear attack is 563 (/war vs /sam last time, so number is very slightly different). With Drachenhorn is 600.
Part two - no head armor = 658, with Drachenhorn is 700.
Part three - no head = 984, with Drachenhorn = 1030. Note I have LR merits capped out. With twilight helm I get 1032 attack in this gear, so I think this might be where the difference comes from.
None of the previous tests except the final had LR active, which I did twice because it looked odd the first time and thought I misread the number.
It still doesn't make sense to me how something with a static amount of attack can surpass one with dynamic, that has more attack at lower levels.
12 STR = 9 Atk
(563+9)*1.05 = 600 (Checks out for 5% or 13/256 attack)
(658+9)*1.05 = 700 (Checks out for both as well)
Final test control:
658*1.495 = 984 attack (5/5 Last Resort gives slightly less than 25% attack, 63/256 is +25/256 more than 38/256 = 15%)
Final test:
(658+9)*(1 + 64/256 + 63/256 + 13/256) = 1031 attack : Rounding?
(658+9)*(1 + 64/256 + 63/256 + 0.05) = 1031 attack : Okaaay....
(658+9) + floor((658+9)*(64/256 + 63/256))) + floor((658+9)*(0.05)) = 1030 attack : Okay, perhaps they're applied in separate steps, floored, and added
Twilight:
( 657+8+25 ) * ( 1 + 127/256) = 1032 attack : works out
So Twilight pulls ahead because you're adding base attack (which is multiplied about 1.5x by Last Resort and Berserk - Food and Stalwarts make this worse too)
Capped out SV Minuets (324 attack) would push you up enough that Twilight should almost never catch up.
More tests using RCB:
Naked = 698, With Drach = 737, Twilight = 738
Geared no helm = 813, with Drach = 855, Twilight = 845
Geared no helm w/ Berserk = 978, with Drach = 1023, Twilight = 1018
Geared w/Berserk + LR no helm = 1141, with Drach = 1188, Twilight = 1189
With berserk only
Naked = 860, with Drach = 899, Twilight = 900
Don't have to do all the math for it, it's just totally random.
Critique my set please, cures on BRD:
Arka IV / Curatio Grip / - / Mana Ampulla
Iaso Mitra / Colossus's Torque / Healing Earring / Neptune's Pearl
Iaso Bliaut / Shedir Gages / Sirona's Ring / Haoma's Ring
Tempered Cape / Bishop's Sash / Nares Trews / Zenith Pumps +1(Cure Potency +4%/Healing Magic Skill +6 augments)
Resolution Berserk and LR up : Grim cuirass+1 or Phorcys Korazin?
Berserk and LR make Grim's +32 attack into ~+48, and you'd need 960 attack to equal that (before food and LR/Berserk/Stalwart's). It's probably about a 10 attack difference, so 10 attack vs. 7% WS damage on the first hit. If you add more percentage based buffs (like Stalwart's and Chaos Roll) you get a larger difference still, but minuets counteract this quite a bit.
Fully buffed in Voidwatch:
+41% (11 Chaos with DRK)
+25% (Berserk)
+25% (LR)
+25% (Stalwart's)
= +116% attack
32*2.16 = 69 attack
69*20 = Need 1380 attack before buffs and food to equal it with Phorcys.
700 base with Soul Voice Minuets still leaves you short of that, so in high buff situations Grim +1 is going to represent a large attack bonus over Phorcys. I'd probably lazy out and just use Phorcys all the time though. If you have that much freaking attack then you have capped Ratio even with Resolution's penalty.
nvm
nvm. My stupid. Don't know why I thought Korazin had 17 STR
Got huginn gambieras (nq'd augment crit damage +9%) looking to use them in ragnarok tp build on drk, with 5% haste in feet slot was wondering if it would be worthwhile to use enif corazza and free up waist slot for windbuffet belt.
something like:
