I'm inclined to think Thaumas Body is still best during 100 fists? If Impetus is up at the same time, would it be Tantra, considering your accuracy is acceptable?

No reason to be different from TP gear since WS is welcome now with smite/shijin. With capped pdif nyzul will be a little better but when pdif decreases (or level difference increases) nothing will beat tantra.

Once you start wearing your Iga +2 Head. Ninja Chainmail (+1) increases your damage much more than wearing Toci's would.

I believe the argument is, if you're in that much need of acc/attack you'll be wearing your Iga +2 body anyway.

I had no idea that Dual Wield bonuses were so powerful. Pretty neat. So, when I see pretty much every NIN using Iga body +2 instead of Ninja Chainmail is it because of the set bonus or because they're bad or always uncapped on acc/atk? D:

If they're using it in the wrong situation, most likely bad, which isn't unusual.

Tryin to decide if using Thaumas legs/feet would be better than Koga +2/Iga +2 for NIN TP set. Also keeping in mind I TP in Thaumas body for a lil extra set bonus. With Thaumas on I get +32 ATT, +9 STR, +9 DEX, +17 AGI, and 3% DA. With the Thaumas option my haste would be capped again, but I lose that nice 7% DW. So is capped haste, a nice stat boost, and 3%DA better than 7% DW? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Iga+2 is used in two situations: You're hitting the 80% delay reduction cap without the ninja chainmail (In which case the dual wield enhancement would just be reducing your TP return), or the enemy has high enough evasion/defense so that the nice melee stats on Iga+2 overtakes the attack speed you get from AF. Most of the time though, it's more that people are lazy/ignorant of how AF is actually better despite the Iga+2 looking like it'd boost you a lot more.

The set bonus on Iga is pretty crappy, unfortunately.

You'd probably use the Thaumas in situations where you're getting marches (lol), otherwise you're probably better off sticking to the Koga+2/Iga+2.

If you needed the acc wouldn't you just use thaumus body?

If you have Thaumas body you wouldn't be using Ninja/+1 anyway. But yes, generally speaking it's a better option even with uncapped hitrate.

IIRC, Rancorous/Justiciar's if you need attack/don't need accuracy, Rancorous/Gorget if you need accuracy, Rancorous/Nefarious against fodder

If you plan to do legion and aim for clearing Hall of Mul, do Rag.

Having access to Rag is probably more useful than taking empy to 99 too, unless SE nerfing Reso.
