What better head for Monk WS ?

Anwig Salade ( Current stat 4STR , 10ACC , Attack5, Ws acc +15 ) or Thaumas Hat ( 6STR Crit+4% )

I ws with feet and legs too

Agasaya's Collar VS Faith Torque for Monk

Is agasaya always better in any situation?

I have full merits and capped skills , I use AF2+2 hands for TP , i don't use h2h skills earring

vs.
Anwig Salade str+4 agi+4 ws dmg.+2% ws acc.+15

and if the Anwig is better, is there a better version of it for VS?

ws+x% stats apply only to the first hit of weapon skills. The first hit of victory smite is almost 40% of the total damage. SO +2%WSD improves your damage by 2%*40%= 0.8%. During victory smite and with a good build, you have close to 200 base damage, and 4 STR gives about +2 base damage, or 1% increase: aias is always better, unless you need the accuracy, in which case STR+4 att+5 acc+10 WSacc+15 is better (I still have mine I used for asuran fist).

A better use of Anwig salade on MNK would be : DEX+4 increase critical damage+2% evasion+10 store TP+4 to use in combination of Thaumas coat, hagneia stone and misuuchi kappa for capped attack and accuracy (situational).

Just got 85 Ukon, and would like to do my remaining on WAR(So tired of NIN). What atma's would be best? RR/AoA/SS? Or RR/AoA/VV?

Edit: Might as well ask for the 3 best atmacites as well.

Not to be negative, but there's limited purpose for PLDs with one of the two legendary shields. There's no reason to play it at all without them.

Fortunately, you probably know at least one person with one of them, if you're trying to find someone specifically to fit that role for something.

I appreciate the thought and I understand other shields blow, but I would still be interested to know the best option till ochain.

The block rate is mediocre outside of reprisal in my experience, I'm guessing it just counts as a standard kite shield. The status effect resistance seems like it might be pretty potent thou.

Yeah outside of reprisal its a standard block rate. But with perma -5 dt and the resist status makes it a solid 3rd best.

Or, further to the point, is there a combo of the two that is even better?

Trying to figure out just exactly what to be wearing until Thaumas. I know Tantra Cyclas +2 pulls ahead during Impetus, but I'm talking about without that buff since I can easily macro that in for Impetus duration.

Do note that I know things like Nom. Mittens and Hagneia Stone are good things to use, but one is hard to get and the other is too costly of a side grade for me currently.

I'd think Phorcys, barring acc issues. 2% more DA doesn't mean as much for an OAT. And if you're TP'ing in phorcys head/legs you'll get +5str via set bonus.

Well, I didn't run this on the spreadsheet or anything, so I could certainly be wrong. My post Ryunohige mode of thinking may have me underestimating DA a little too much. And if you're doing low lvl content like namis DC or something the dex on lancer could be a factor.

If TSFFXI wants to post gear sets/conditions I'll run it through the spreadsheets.
