For nin: af3+2 vs af2+2 legs pre-thaumas?
For nin: af3+2 vs af2+2 legs pre-thaumas?
I didn't consider how much effort would be needed to answer my question. I've never used the spreadsheets before since I'm using an older version of Numbers and the formulas don't load, so if it takes a while don't bother.
I'm currently using:
OAT, Rose Strap, Potestas Bomblet
Phorcys Salade, Rancor Collar, Brutal, Ghillie Earring +1
Lancer's Plackart +2, Lancer's Vambraces +2, Rajas Ring, Tyrant's Ring
Atheling Mantle, Bullwhip Belt, Phorcys Dirs, Lancer's Schynbald's +2.
Mostly for Nyzul isle and Dynamis, but a high end mob estimate would help as well if it's a quick process.
Technically relic legs are even stronger when you have the artifact body equipped (is that what you're using? Easy targets?). Relic legs +2 and artifact body is a 9.42 decrease in melee delay vs. empyrean legs +2 and artifact body. More so if you've somehow managed to get the dual wield belt.
Making some assumptions about ws/jump gear, but results would probly be about the same even if those were different.
Dynamis DC: Lancer ahead by 1.3 dps
Hydra DRG: Lancer by 0.4 dps
Qilin: Lancer 0.17
Ig-Alima: 2.7
So, on low lvl stuff, dDEX favors lancer. Then on High lvl mobs the acc does.
Antias mitts look pretty bad.
If you're going to use haste gloves you may as well use Tantra gloves +2.
I can't give you a satisfactory answer, but I can give you some stuff to think about.
Delay, lowest to highest, goes (Artifact body, relic legs, empyrean boots)<(artifact body, empyrean legs, usukane boots)<(empyrean body, relic legs, empyrean boots)<(empyrean body, empyrean legs, usukane boots). [0.3397<0.375<0.3792<0.4125] Logically, then, it makes sense to switch to empyrean legs + usukane boots before switching to empyrean body + relic legs.
It becomes a question of hit rate vs. hit speed, then.
If Iga+2 body, Iga+2 legs, and usukane boots cap your hit rate, then you'd only need a 78.24% hit rate to match the damage using Artifact body, relic legs, and empyrean boots. Since the Iga set has +43 more accuracy, you'll have a 73.5% hit rate if you switch to the artifact/relic set. So any time the iga set would cap your accuracy, it's better to use it than to use the artifact body/relic leg set.
Similarly, you'd only need a 87.33% hit rate to match that damage using the Iga+2 body, relic legs, and Iga +2 boots. Since this set has 18 less accuracy, you'll have a 86% hit rate (assuming the first set would have exactly capped your accuracy).
Basically any time you can get the full benefit from the accuracy, Iga,iga, usukane should beat the other sets. In order to really be sure, though, you'd need to know the mob's stats. I can't help with that, but the spreadsheets can. If it checks as anything other than low evasion, you should benefit from the accuracy.
Masamune 99 or Kogarasumaru 99?
Koga by a mile and a half.
Koga is the only good mythic weapon. I made realistic comparisons on zergs here
Do I need the 150k/200k GP furniture items if I have the Stall? Just seems hard to believe the Mega Moflification from the stall which only costs a measly 15,000 GP overpowers the other two items and doesn't stack.
You don't, it doesn't stack and it completely overpowers them.
What would be a better investment for weapon choices: Almace 99 vs Ukonvasara 99, WAR already has Ragna99, and I play both jobs as much, and love them as much etc. The real question would be, do I need an Ukon99 with Ragna 99? I should note that I do not take BLU to any end game events (Legion/Neo-limbus/Odin II/VW etc) but I do stuffs on it like solo dyna/salvage/missions/limbus and other duo/trio things.
Not a war but I doubt ragnarok beats ukkon seeing as DRK dps with ragnarok is decently inferior to a war with ukkon (check this, the war lines always correspond to ukkon99) on basically any kind of target (weak or high level).
Depends on the event. For legion, Ragnarok destroys Ukon because of critical hit evasion.
Edit: That is based on Eijin's post btw *
