What's Better?

I also have AF2+2 feet for when they're appropriate and precast/midcast the same gear. I seem to have a 4 second Alacrity->Stun recast or a 10 second Stun recast without Alacrity. Now, what are other improvements I could make? So far I see:
* Rubeus Gloves
* Swith Cape +1
* Occasionally Quickens/MAcc Legion ring to replace Balrahn's.

I found that I could solo stun Aello pretty well until I run out of stratagems, except for Shrieking Gale which for some reason got through about half the time even when I was ready with a Stun.

wouldnt witful belt be better because of the occ. quicken scasting +3%? i know its only 3% haste and 3% fast cast, which comes pritty close to goading belt in terms of recast. I think the 3% occ. quickens casting time outweighs the difference no? especially when you combine it with the ammo piece and ring from legion

Would it be better to pull Nom mitts for these and rep kecks with af3+2 for the crit rate or is my current tp build still beating it?

Repartie Gloves instead of (or at least, until) Rubeus - mostly b/c don't have to get them to drop, and it's more MAcc with slightly less FC

Hyaline Hat, if you start having resist troubles.

All fairly minor, and I can't believe I'm not using Hedera in my sets already.

If you're rolling solo, you won't have enough charges to keep up. If you're rolling with 3 SCH, you should be able to keep up with Haste/Embrava. Remember the gimp stun set I posted? That's enough to keep up with 3 SCH. In such a case, you should aim to improve magic accuracy so you can reliably stun the Mantis.

I'm told augmentted Shura Head +1 (WSD+3% Atk+7) beats Mekira-Oto +1 for Tachi: Fudo, however the DPS spreadsheet is telling me it doesn't (day fTP is set to off). Can anyone verify which is better?

Also your attack probably isn't capped giving Mekira+1 the advantage. Since you should only use Fudo with near capped attack the 3% WSdmg comes out ahead. The SCdmg is just the icing on the cake since you can pair Fudo with Konzen for keeping AM up.

90 verethagna vs 95/99 spharai seeing how im about 2 months away form 95 relic, im curious as to which i should be using majority of the time. i know VS/vereth is better in VW fights since i can keep am 3 up and have temps out the ass. But for all other content does Relic 95?or does it need to be 99? win out.

TP replace AF3 Feet with Armada Sollerets augmenting; Possible Pet Haste, Call Beast Delay and Pet Defense.
Belt replace with Moepapa Stone, body replace with Portho's Byrnie from Bismark if you have, if not AF3 is fine till NNI.

WS: Get Flame Sachet, Triumph or STR+4 earring instead of Ghillie, body Kudzu Aketon instead of Avant +1, I like epona's instead of Rajas, and Avant +1 legs instead of Ogiers
