That's what I was going to ask you, but in any case, you're targetting to very different kind of mobs: the ones you'll cap acc naked or almost naked (Nyzul, barring some annoying NMs/mobs, Qiqirn mainly), and ones you won't probably cap acc unless you are backed up by a BRD or a COR (High end VW).

The gear I found to be optimal for low level (EM or less, no exceptional stats like Dynamis Nightmare DC) does not consist on full Thaumas, neither for TP nor for WS. I'll post it when I get home, it should be accurate barring the new Meeble gear and the HQ Abj Legion gear.

Not really. Like I said, there's minor changes to be made sometimes depending on ddex, attack or acc, but pup has so few options that there's not a lot to tweak. And we're talking ~0.5% DPS for having those 6 different sets depending on mob/buffs.

Nobody mentioned TP, I think it is pretty obvious that full thaumas is not ideal for TPing given that you'd be way below haste cap.

Yeah, I currently only have the coat and feet in my TP set. PUP empty armor offers more benefits in the head and legs slot.

Terrasoul or Spiral for Upheaval?

Sometimes one, sometimes the other. Depends on your STR vs Mob VIT or your total VIT.

Terrasoul offers 5.95 WSC, very rarely that will be floored to 5 based on other gear.

Spiral offers 4.25 WSC, occasionally floored to 4, but also 1.25 fSTR.

If Spiral tips you over into giving 5WSC, 2fSTR, it's better. If either 4WSC/2fSTR or 5WSC/1fSTR, it'd be slightly better as well due to the attack from STR. If (most likely) it's only at 4WSC 1fSTR, it'd be slightly worse than Terrasoul's 6WSC.

On the other hand, Spiral is incredibly cheap and easy to find, and Terrasoul is not.

Terrasoul will be better more often, but you're looking at, at most, a 0.3% difference between the two.

Why not? In fact, they're more powerful on VS, since it has one less hit, so the chance of capping at 8 is lower.

Since there's basically no good GS for WAR other than rag, whereas you could make a half decent magian g.axe, i'd suggest upheaval also.

In all honesty, Reso is no option without a relic for WAR. and Upheaval is well, its on par with metatron torment (Bravura) which is no way on par with resolution or ukyo's. I would rather suggest to invest that time into an ukonvarsa (if money is a problem) instead of inviesting it into a magian STR+ GAX.

Upheaval just suffers from the catastrophic VIT modifier. god...

thats actually some pretty reasonable answers.

Resolution is better ( because screw vit mod)

But as a War, I won't have acess to a good GS that is not Ragnarok. So, unless going for Rag, go with Ukon, or if no relic at all, Upheaval.

Race/buffs/target/rest of gear? Did you include set bonuses for each? Is hitrate capped with Athos/Athos?
