In the limited testing I did with nares and auspex gloves, nares always seemed to come out ahead. I doubt the 1% difference between auspex and spurrina is enough to push it past nares but it's possible.

There are no right answer. It all depends on how much Pet MAB (which favors Spurrina Gages) and BP dmg (which favors Nares Cuffs) you are already using. Without a great amount of Pet MAB Nares Gages should win in most cases.

Probably would use Kacura inside and Byakko's outside. Should try to get some crit damage augment on Byakko's and you can use it for both.

There are no right answer. It all depends on how much Pet MAB (which favors Spurrina Gages) and BP dmg (which favors Nares Cuffs) you are already using. Without a great amount of Pet MAB Nares Gages should win in most cases.

For the longest time I've been using justiciar/windbuffet for shoha (assuming acc isn't an issue). Is that good? Or should I switch over to ele neck/belt or even caudata?
