Need help clearing up an audio file

Going to preface this with: I have no fucking idea what I'm doing.

I want a text tone of Alexander Anderson's "AMENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN" from Hellsing Ultimate. (Inside joke with friends)

I have converted the episode with the specific bit I want into an mp3, I then used itunes to create an .m4a with the exact moment I want.

I need to remove the music and sound effects to leave just his voice though. Is there a simple way of doing this? A suggested program that would be simple to use to do this? Or would somebody be willing to do it for me if I sent them the file?

Seemed a little too specific to put in the random question thread. Any help would be appreciated.
