how does one HNM these days? Kings are popped, nothing in sky is considered HNM, that leaves what Ixion? VW is practically instanced as well given that you have temps within the radius of the spawn point

nah, I let my account lapse when the Corsair nerfs went through. I'm over on TERA at the moment with the BG guild. This game has destroyed my mouse. I'll probably post pics in the tera section when I get a new one. Good ol' $5 microsoft mouse, lasted me 3 years of normal gaming and browsing, suddenly asploded after 2 weeks of TERA. Shit's crazy.

Save TP, yeah. Fucked up Miser's roll. Corsair was the only thing I still had fun playing, so nerfing it into the ground (especially outside vw) was pretty much the last straw. It's not worth bringing over a brd or another dd for pretty much anything now

Besides, going from ffxi straight to a game like TERA is mind-blowing. Fuck having 7 AH slots, now I have 50. Combat is crazy good, too. My only real regret (on topic!) with the move is that I can no longer play while eating or doing other shit. Game will keep you moving. If you so much as alt+tab out during a fight to check an IM, you'll probably tab back in dead.

this was at least 4 years ago or more, I have no idea. I left after ToAU and got bored of people trying to MPK my LS for being the only crew to be able to low man Vrtra and Tiamat for a time.

WhirlingWind and KoN ( or whatever they're called now ) needed two full LS to down Vrtra, we took him on our first attempt with about 23 and they brought about 80 or more people in the zone to lag us out. Shit was hilarious.
