No, I've trained my cat to act how I want it to act. Good dogs are trained to be good dogs. The same for a cat, or any animal. The animal is my pet and on my whims. Operant conditioning is the shit. I've trained my Betta to do tricks. People used to make bears shimmy around on giant balls and lions jump through flaming hoops. Teaching a house cat to do shit is not that hard. Unless you simply perceive dogs magically coming out of the box knowing how to do all things that people like.

cats are shit tier. they treat most people they don't know like shit and walk around like they own the place. my girlfriends cat is a straight up slut for my attention but she treats her and her roommate (the ones who feed her every day) like shit.

my dog is nice to all people. he doesn't treat any of my guests badly and he's my ride or die no matter what.

I thought about making it more complicated with more than one ring in order, but he's my desk fish at work and I don't really have that much time to be training fish at work.
