ehhh...im a huge tool fan and i love aenima, but i dont know about best album overall (i would put lateralus above it also). the transition songs, while good, kind of take away from the whole "musical" aspect of the album (except for intermission, I FUCKING LOVE INTERMISSION). im aware those transition songs are on most tool albums, and i didnt bother putting them on my ipod. although maybe ill put message to harry manbeck on my ipod now.
if i had to pick a "strongest album", i would go downward spiral, even though man with a big gun sucks. apart from that every song is gold
INTERMISSION
Tool's best album is definitely Lateralus. That whole thing is actual genius. Squeezing cats, Fibonacci sequence, backwards/forwards mumbo-jumbo, one gigantic continuous song, etc. It's just something special.
next artist since new page

No Rain killed this bands chances at a fair shake. Guitars are fucking godlike. Get their albums if you like 90s music at all. I'll give Spin Doctors an honorable mention cause they got the same shitty deal w/ two princes and they have some really good songs that got overlooked.
perhaps this should go in the 90s dance thread but I feel this artist was missed by too many people, some of his songs are downright stirring
"This is my church, this is where I heal my hurts. Tonight, God.. is a DJ."
and in the proper spirit of this thread
good lord this song is so hype lol
this song sounds like a forgotten classic
edit: jesus fucking christ:
Fav Radiohead song

Alanis:
Used to have a crush on her when I was younger >_>.... she's still cute <_<
Started listening to these two about a half year ago. Very simple music especially Laura's guitar work. Don't always like listening to the same stuff over and over so this is something new and decent I like to use as filler.
Spoiler: show
Also that Laura is a cutie![]()
