I wanted to +12 it before I came back to really play again but now it's basically completely useless & i failed like 40 times trying to +12 it after the grace periods started lol, I feel so unaccomplished =X

Dreamkeeper is far from useless. It's very marginally behind abyss/agnitor (someone claimed to calculate 2% difference). I wouldn't recommend dropping the cash to MW it, but if someone was coming back I would say finish it to twelve on the cheap.
