Has anyone tried an arcane slow build? It would suck to lose power hungry or galvanizing ward as a passive, but an additional slow on arcane orb or disintegrate could be awesome.

Just beat Belial as a 45 DH 16.7k hp 1.3k dps... he got me to 1k hp holy shit it was rough lol

aaand lost my dh at 37 with 8k+ hp and 1k+ dps to a completely random disconnect as I pulled a single blue hellion with my templar active before I even did any damage

was just about to hit butcher ><

think I may have to stick with pansy mode til I can get more reliable net

disconnects sucks; my ISP pretty weak too (no real healthy competition in any sector here)

i've been fortunate and survived a number of disconnects, but i've been in a multiplayer game probably 85%+ of my playtime, and i know that's helped a little. i'll spike a couple times each primetime session up to 600-800 ms maybe two or three times; it's sketchy every time. i try to get to town or stay there if that's where i first see evidence of latency slowing

really nothing you can do though..
guess.. til our country builds just slightly fewer tanks and attack choppers and works on covering some pretty vast square mileage (yes i know it's a daunting task but definitely feasible) with Korea or Finland-quality intertubes for most everyone. it just needs to line the pockets of the powerful appropriately, ya know. Cause right now, having many many subpar ISPs with terrible infrastructure over much of the western continental US has become far more profitable and lucrative than giving us the good stuff. give me some of that blazing action, i'm talking like Korea-to-Asia-server 31 ms steady at almost all times. might 'lag spike' to 170 ms, oh no, watch out

made up the 31 ms latency, i dunno. just know they good

Started making some progress on my DH last night as opposed to playing my Wiz, just Incase my tethered connect got wonky. Been rolling through A1. Gonna destroy the Butcher tonight, then get to enjoy some socketed gear yeah

Based on your level, I'm assuming you guys blew up diablo last night after I went to bed. I'll be on at like 9pm est or something, I have 3 characters around 33/A1NM (or the wizard, A4 norm if you don't mind backtracking a bit)

wee, moving forward a little, started A3 went through Seigebreaker, got 51 on Rakkis Crossing, but gotta stop and leave to the office for awhile

Ugh the only good part of working 11 hours today is I'll have off tomorrow so after packing tonight I can dig-in for a long session!

Random question... I'm considering farming up a pony staff. Do I have to start with normal, or can I begin with a NM staff?
