I'm at work so I can't pull up my stats, but yours look very similar to mine.

And yeah, I also had more trouble with Itsaku. Mostly because the adds made it tough to kite. But blizzard + hydra + electrocute made it easy to be constantly chipping away at entire packs of mobs.

What lvl were you? Interesting build. And I thought mine was defense/utility heavy. Last time I fought diablo I swapped out blizzard for frost ray, but I like using blizzard because it leaves you free to cast another spell while it's going, making for more damage.

51. Something like 30k HP 3k DPS. I may have been able to do it at 50, but I doubled my DPS from 50-51. Only change for the fight that I made was swapping wide beam disintegrate for ray of frost. I guess it is defense heavy, but it's worked so far. I'll probably need to move toward a more kite-centric build soon.

Sexy stats! I'm at 26k/2k at lvl 51. Not sure what major upgrades I can make now, but I'll hope to tweak some things while I grind a bit before Izual.

Can never have too much defensive and utility in your build. Whatever you're comfortable with is the best build. Sometimes I feel like mine is too passive/kiting oriented. But it's
Sweet to be able to stack 2 spells that run on their own, and cast
Another spell to stack a lot of damage to large numbers of mobs very quickly. As much as I want to tinker with the build, it's been working so well, I can only see messing with it if/when I get a duo partner.

This is a sorta recent pic before Asteria was ISP d/c killed at Lv54. Do better than this with your inventory/stash. It's nothing super special, but this would've helped a lot for 1.0.3 crafting.

Just an informative post. I'm always curious when I get a rare weapon drop whether or not the weapon is any good. So I spent some time on the AH charting what kind of damage is on the best 1h rare weapons available at a given level.

Note that a socket with a ruby is worth a lot of dps until into the 50s when the weapon dmg on a top-end can eclipse the dps you get from the socket (generally 13-15)

Yeah I know it was almost amethyst+life/hit or emerald+crit time if you have a socket. Having it at all becomes less crucial. It's awesome through normal and nightmare to ruby weapon, then notsomuch

EDIT: lv42 wizard 3rd attempt solo only. got the achievement for clearing act3 in under and hour without trying haha

Dinged lvl 52 today. Took down Izual, and he even dropped the staff plans! Then, in a moment of stupidity, dumped like 190k gold leveling Haedrig in anticipation of 1.03 patch.

Diablo is going down when I get home!

Edit -- currently sitting at 28k HP, 2.1k DPS. How do those numbers look for the Diablo fight? I can shed a bit of damage for more HP to creep over 30k

Dead at 53. :\ Knew I should have waited a little bit longer before progressing and I knew I should have backed off of the waller/desecrator group. :\ Didn't think it would be THAT dangerous but they hit the walls just right and I teleported wrong.

Another one bites the dust. Sigh. They got me good, trapped me in field.. Nightmarish Wallers channeled me perfectly into an object, couldnt move. Whack whack scurred whack whack whack whack still scurred dead.

Watched 30 minutes of Kungen's stream today. Is this all that level 60 HC characters do? Constantly kill loot goblins in MF gear for hours?
