I might get back at it in a few days. Not too surly about this death, not nearly as much as the DC death that claimed my first wiz. Funny part was, as I went into the spider cave, I thought to myself "Should probably grind a bit after this dungeon, let's see how the elites fare" and wouldn't you know it, first one got me. I may have fucked up and popped a diamond skin "offensively" to rush in and drop a few orbs, and I was a bit reckless about picking my kiting path. Once I start an elite pack I'll instantly eye the mini-map (even pull up the full map if I have a second) to take a quick glance at wide open areas I've cleared out. Didn't do it this time, and now that I think about, it was a narrow as fuck alley, which is no bueno for spiders who move fast and had an evil combo of affixes.

tl:dr - got cocky, paid for it. Good news is I'm a packrat and keep ALL my old equips, suiting up will be easy when I'm back at it

hey guys, just so you know how much I've been scarred from death-by-coaxial-cables events of the recent past.. i'm going to start my own ISP in a handful-ish of years and blanket some earth with teh fibers

BG peoples will be helping in some fashion no doubt.. though we'll probably have to run it by Sono before we call it BG Tubes or sumfin

I'm gonna start I-70, I-25, I-40, I-35, I-44, I-29 (Denver to KC south through Wichita to OKC and through Joplin to Tulsa, I-40 out to Ft. Smith to the east and Amarillo (maybe) to the west. also, north a little to include Lincoln/Omaha)

the mountain/central timezones are there for the taking

Is there a way to search dmg+ on the AH? or would anyone be able to help me with a pricecheck on this amulet?

I'd use it myself, puts my dps up over 100 easily, but lol I have 170 vit in that slot, not giving up that HP in HC. Woulda died just now (lol got to like 100 hp @.@) without that thing on.

Also, have a pretty big vit focus, since I'm trying not to die and shit, but any suggestions?

Head: 55 str, 56 dex, 55 int, 59 vit, armor+120 with +11% hp in the socket

Body: 95 VIT with 3 dex stones

Shoulders: 59 dex, 48 vit 24 str

Amulet: 63 dex, 177 vit

Gloves: 60 str, 51 dex, 57 vit

Bracers: 44 dex, 32 int, 41 vit

Rings (identical): 6-12 DMG, 62 dex, 52 Vit

Belt: 72 str, 53 dex, 13 int, 72 vit

Legs: 49 str, 44 dex, 117 vit (with vit stone)

Feet: 32 str, 87 dex, 40 VIT

I'm lv 47, armor wise, everything but pants and belt are lv 44+ (witch are both lv 35, but with all the str on both, the armor levels are similar unless I find something with pretty much equal stats for 40-46, which either don't exist or are wayyyyyy overpriced)

Only listed main stats, the gear has other shit as well.

Weps are pretty much w/e i could find cheapest with decent DPS with vit/dex on them

Looks pretty solid. You might want to get a bit of life-on-hit, and pretty soon (hell) you should start to accumulate resistance gear rather than stack vit.

damage to speed it all up (can't reach SC levels really) and mitigation of damage both become a little more valuable than VIT. Stack it enough to eat a Fallen Maniac or some phasebeast wacks, yes. But your damage and mitigation will keep you alive better than VIT soon. (maybe Lv52-58 you can start to see it better?)
