when are they changing IAS?
tuesday.
dual wielding covers the 15%, the transfer from 10% dmg to 10% crit would make your pre-ss dmg not as different as you're thinking, also get more crit rate? kite for 10 seconds and unload full hatred with 100% crit...
also, I'm pretty sure you can't get a blue quiver with 8% crit and 75 dex, so why are we figuring rares? that offhand could be 200 dex 100 crit dmg and a socket for another 100, but I don't think we want to go there, even though you're talking about a bow 70 dps higher than I said, 220 dps higher than the 1hands we're talking about
I think their idea was to have a monk and a barb and then some ranged, and have people doing 4 mans pretty much always. Rarely works out that way, though. The monk/barb synergy is pretty profound.
There's some very interesting coordination possibilities people haven't really explored all that much, too. Having a WD set up with nothing but cc skills to go along with a barb or monk is like the only way to even make them remotely useful in high end inferno without just completely insane gear.
I was also comparing a bow with 30 less Crit damage, to 1 hands with 15 more crit damage than your example.
I plugged all of the numbers into a DPS calculator which is where my numbers came from, rather than paying the $20 to buy the 2 bows to screenshot it for you. I just randomly equipped 2 recently dropped 1 handers and typed their stats into the same calculator and it gives me the same damage as when equipped. So I'm pretty confident that what I posted is accurate.
I paid 8k for this on AH, you can get one with 8.5% crit for 30k right now:

I believe gear progression tends to favor 2hxbows until you hit about 20 crit 200 crit damage, at which point it favors bows until you find 2 1hxbows which both have the 200 dex crit dmg open socket ias damage and damage% on them. Only reason those ever pull ahead is due to the crit dmg and socket which you simply can't get on a quiver
Why is the bidding system in the auction house so fucking retarded? I want to raise my max bid from 700k to 1.4m since I'm going to sleep but I can't because I don't have over 1.4m anymore... because the ah is holding my 700k hostage.
Well if you bid 700k on something that isnt over for a couple days, and then you go spend your money ingame or elsewhere, you might not have 700k anymore when the auction ends. So the 'keeping the money after you bid' part makes good sense in theory.
There really should be a way to add money on top of what you have already bid though. I dunno, I never use actual bidding, I always just buyout cause fuck waiting.
That makes absolutely no sense.Well if you bid 700k on something that isnt over for a couple days, and then you go spend your money ingame or elsewhere, you might not have 700k anymore when the auction ends. So the 'keeping the money after you bid' part makes good sense in theory.
I had 1,600,000 gold. I bid on a shield for 700,000 gold. The AH takes my gold and leaves me with 900,000 gold. Fast forward a little bit and I'm feeling tired and want to go to sleep. The auction ends in 8 hours so I want to up my bid to 1,500,000. But I can't because I only have 900,000 gold.
I already have 700,000 down on the item, it should let me use 800,000 of my gold to increase my max bid to 1,500,000. But no, the system is fucking stupid and I got outbid while I slept and didn't get my shield.
Yes, it's incredibly stupid that you can't simply increase your existing bid instead of being required to have the money to outbid yourself.
He wanted to up his bid before being outbid because he was going to bed.
FUC KYOU ENCHATREDSSFKLSJFSLD FUC KYOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. I find a goblin so I decide to get some nv first. I come back to the goblin, the mobs around him are cleared. I start walking around to hit some rocks so I have enough fury to chase him. But no, even though he's on the fucking corner of the screen she attacks him from afar. And I don't have enough fury to sprint after him, and since I can't sprint after him I can't get enough fury to active wrath. So he gets away with 13k hp.
Start a new game, goblin. Okay, keep goblin off the screen. Two enemies attacking me. Kill one. Enchantress charms the second. Charmed enemy starts walking away... towards the goblin.. and attacks the fucking goblin. Same problem with fucking fury. FUC KYOU EHCKSADSHFKJSCD
To add to the nintendo kid stuff, while some of the games were really difficult and deserve their respective titles, some games were just hard because I was little and sucked a videogames. Going back and replaying them now, I find to be much easier than I presumed them to be earlier.
Pfft, TMNT on the NES (the first one) is still stupid hard.

Proof.
haha that one is awesome. the part that always gets me is the little gap where you're supposed to just run over and not jump. i mean, i want to punch the guy who thought that'd be such a good idea to put into the game.
Yea, no doubt. Hole in walkway = jump over? Nah brah, just walk. Couple that with the most horrid low health sound in the history of video games and you have a FINE TMNT game.
He's streaming now. He studies the game and the maps and all...too much for me. I've already lost the interest of fun and more the interest of seeing him die in HC, lol.
