The other girl had her flashbacks where she and I think the other hot bot in red were kids. Also could've sworn at some point they implied Ringo's knees were rusting up internally, giving them reason to seek out Luna for healing.

Whatever. Bad show, decent animation.

Yeah, the thing about that is this story has little to do with the actual Tenchi Muyo series. As matter of fact, besides Mihoshi, I think the regular cast makes an appearance in like two eps.

Probably planning on finishing the series off on Toonami eventually...or at the very least they're doing it to quell fangirls.

As for the new Tenchi show, I haven't actually seen this one, but Tenchi was one of those gateway animes I watched when I was younger and other then Tenchi in Tokyo, always liked a lot so I'm looking forward to it. I really like how they're keeping up with some sort of new series as soon as an old one ends so they avoid the problem AS had where it was all repeats of everything we've seen multiple times before for months on end. That said as long as they keep at least two of the trio of FMA/GitS/Cowboy Bebop for the later slots it's all good with me.

Honestly kind of sick of Inuyaha... the movies are still legit but I don't really like watching the series other than background noise now

Wonder when they're gonna play Trigun, I got done re-watching again recently and they need to bring this out on Toonami like the old days.
