So pretty much pigeon holed into using LOH with Frenzy Sidearm. Sucks but that seems to be the only way, shitty DPS and LOH, unless you can afford a good DPS weapon with LOH which few can. :/ I like to have at least 100K DPS when wrath is up so I guess I'll just stick to farming act II really fast instead of moving at a snails pace in Act III. Thanks for posting stats, I assumed any Barb doing it was just using the cookie cutter LOH, Frenzy, High Resists, shitty dps build.

I could probably re-invest my money and time into really pimping out my character but I've already beat Inferno so I don't have much motivation - most of my good drops go to the RMAH instead of trying to improve my gear. It's a bit slow and tedious but it works. Since patch I mostly just start on the kill Azmo quest, run around killing as many packs as I can before I get bored (keeps, towers, core, etc) and then finish off with a quick Azmo.

The worst part about that fight is you don't even have to kill the clone, you can completely fucking cheese it.

What's funny is it doesn't stop until you leave game. I did a full act1 run the other day just to see how loot would be (trash, would have been a bit better if not for the miniboss bug but still shitty), he was there the entire time lol.

So I was checking AH for upgrades for my monk, when I came across this shield with 1d 11h on it with a buyout of 10m. It's a solid upgrade for my monk (I lost 35 resist/2% block rate, but gained 3.8khp/1.8kDPS), so I doubt I'm going to sell it, making it my first end-game armor item.

After looking at similar shields on the AH, I'm starting to think I got a really good deal on it, but what do some of you more AH-savy posters out there think?

it's decent but not worth that much or more

low block, it's a monk only shield and monk loot needs all res + your chosen res

Decided to gear up my monk for the clear. Spent 6 mill and cleared most of inferno within the day.

Thanks, you have about 20k more HP than I do, but only about 1k more DPS and about the same resistance. I also have 0 LoH though, but it doesn't seem like you focused on that much.
