I hole-hardedly agree, but allow me to play doubles advocate here for a moment. For all intensive purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a diamond dozen, true virtues are a blessing in the skies. We often put our false morality on a petal stool like a bunch of pre-Madonnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granite. So I ask of you to mustard up all the strength you can because it is a doggy dog world out there. Although there is some merit to what you are saying it seems like you have a huge ship on your shoulder. In your argument you seem to throw everything in but the kids Nsync, and even though you are having a feel day with this I am here to bring you back into reality. I have a sick sense when it comes to these types of things. It is almost spooky, because I cannot turn a blonde eye to these glaring flaws in your rhetoric. It was either going to be Chevy or Harmon. The network chose Chevy. Harmon acted like an ass but this was his show. Some episodes were obviously better than others. I greatly preferred Chang before he was batshit insane. My guess is the series starts to return back towards the way it was in S1 before all the outright insanity began.

Meh tbh Community has been losing its momentum overall lately. The L&O episode was the first time I was really enthralled by one since the episode with many timelines. The rest are good but not great. I dunno. I feel like maybe they should just cancel it and go out (sort of) on top.

EHHHHH Re: this I actually kinda disagree. Chevy Chase is the only recognizable name in the cast? Not for our demographic, by a long shot. Glover, McHale and Brie at the very least are very recognizable names now amongst our age group. If anything Chevy is only most recognizable to old people. Most young people don't give a fuck about that guy. Networks are pretty out of touch imo. EXCEPT USA which has AMAZING SHOWS

I thoroughly enjoyed this season TBH, it might be my overall favorite despite having my least favorite (Shirley getting married). Idk why, it just made me laugh a shitload even though it's getting batshit insane. I'm rewatching season 1 (with friends) and Idk if it's because it's the 10th time I've seen it, but I like season 2 better I think. The Dean episode with the commercial was hil-fucking-larious and the 8-bit epi/finales was awesome as well. Advanced Gay was meh IMO.

That's what I mean. From the network's view(ie out of touch) it makes more sense to keep Chase in the hopes name recognition pulls in new viewers rather than keeping the guy responsible for what Community is. Not saying I agree with it. But I get the why of it.
