I remember reading somewhere that you can upgrade hell materials into inferno materials 10:1 ratio. How do I do that?

I'm gonna take a (not so) wild guess and assume that theres a recipe that makes appropriately leveled gear that requires 10 Hell ingredients to make, which you can then salvage to inferno mats. I noticed a similar recipe yesterday for Hell which made a level 50+ item (hence Hell ingredients from salvage) but took Nightmare ingredients to make.

It's the quest2, section "Lieutenant Vachem". You can just WP to the town, go in the cellar & kill, open the cage, come out & kill. I get about 26k xp for doing this at 40. Zero danger if you know what you're doing--when I open the cage I sprint towards the beginning of the town because there's a perfect bottleneck up there.

312k to 41, so ~12 runs to get a level. Could crank that out in 30 minutes tops.

Dunno what the return is like on ZK.

Friend just killed diablo for me but I need lv25 to get to nightmare. We are doing Belial runs right now to get me to 25. Apparently if you kill belial on his game but DON'T COLLECT THE ORB, then leave game and "resume" so you're solo - you can collect the orb+turn in, then leave game quickjoin his and collect the orb+turn in a second time.

It's 22k-ish per run at my level on normal, whereas killing diablo was only 11-12k and slower. I'll probably do Khasim/Belial/Diablo in nightmare until I can get to hell, then spam something easy like Khasim in hell.

I have a 60monk and 52wiz but I wanna play my DH now and all my other friends are never on now that they got 60 or are already in a 4man group at 60 and wont kick out the baddies cause they are RL friends and love to wipe all day in inferno Hit me up ID# creative1642

for ZK I was having a friend kill for me, hell runs were giving 90k exp per turn in if I remember right, and I could get 3 quest rewards per kill.(Leave make solo game, then join friend and have him leave and make a game, then join that game) You also get about 7k gold per run outside of NPCables.

The whole 3 quest reward process+kill took about 3 minutes total maybe. I got 38-55 in about 2 hours if I'm remembering right. I'm pretty sure this is faster than the outpost quest, but I may be wrong.

You can do this with Kulle in his little domain thing in act 2, its way better and way faster.

Azmodan gave shit on nightmare, they really nerfed the powerleveling thing. Oh well, level 27 and starting nightmare since I need 50 to hit hell. Just need to find the best leveling spot. I'm too squishy and low for khasim outpost at the moment. It isn't easy to get a friend to run you through something 20 times lol.

There was a post about what tier drops in what act. Like act4 hell and act1 inferno have the same tier. How did this work again? Tired of farming butcher. The internet says Act1 T16, Act2 T17, Act3/4 T18. I thought someone said a blue post either proved or disproved it or something.

afaik, tiers overlap to an extent. For example, Inferno a1 tier can drop in hell a4, and vis versa, just at a much lower %. So you can viably farm for gear to progress in a2 inferno in a1, but it will take quite a long while.

I've gotten him down to 10-20% a few times but the fire on the floor just consumes me towards the end.

I'm guessing this is a soft enrage? I never remembered this issue on any other mode.

You leave game right after the soulstone cutscene is over, you can actually start the leave timer while the power leveler is running to get the cutscene. When you join new game, it will be in town.

Those are mostly correct. Hell Act 4 can drop up to T15, Inf Act 1 can drop up to T16, act 2 can drop up to t17, and act 3/4 can drop up to t18. The min tiers are lower though, no clue what they are.

Try running to the very, very bottom of the arena. Unless Blizz has ninja fixed it, the fire won't hit you there. Of course, if the Butcher has a modest chunk of life left and you can't dent him fast enough, limiting your mobility is risky business as is.
