Not sure if i should be asking here but wanted to know if my laptop could run this game i currently have an i7, windows 7 with a nividia geforce 310m graphics card and 4gb ram. nothing special that is why i am wondering thanks in advance.

How much resist/armor should I look at just so I don't get faceraped in inferno act2? Does the damage taken curve get even worse at act3/act4? MNK if it matters, have about ~800 resist in all, but only 3.5k armor.

as a barb i ran with about ~800 resist, 8k armor and anywhere from 14k damage to 11k damage (with 900 life on hit) depending on which part I was in.

Your laptop will run no problem.
This game has next to no requirement, and your spec is way more than enough.

Don't dare step into Act 2 with any less. I have around 400-450 resist, 30k hp, 10-11k dps (up to 13k or so with frenzy) and I'm having a time with the first part of act 2 and just getting through the white mobs.

Demon Hunters, 2h Crossbow or 2h Bow? I honestly can't find a reliable source on which is stronger, people just seem to be posting preferences. Also does Critical Hit Damage % remain the highest DPS stat even while using Bows or does it switch over to dex?

I use bow because of the 15% dmg boost is a lot. Also, the bows i have gotten have been a lot better then the 2 handed xbows i have gotten.

I grabbed some blue pieces to get up to 8-900 and it's slightly better. Still having problems with most champion-packs, but Ive managed to progress up to Kulle

I'm most of the way through Act II with less than 200 resist. It's fucking brutal though, couldn't imagine doing it without teleport + illusionist.

Inferno involves a lot of kiting so there's plenty of time for Sharp Shooter to roll back up to unleash a barrage of high crit tentacles; so for that reason I prefer XBows. Keep in mind that stats like ASPD will artificially boost your DPS and only matters in situations where you're standing still and constantly attacking; which isn't realistic in Inferno.

Does life on hit proc on each monster hit or just each attack? For example if I have 300 life on hit, use cleave and hit 3 monsters. Do I gain just 300 or 900?

I was thinking Bows would favor Inferno since they tend to have an easier time kiting, you can stop and shoot a lot faster. Do you know if Crit Damage is still the best stat when using a bow though?

Each mob, but life on hit (and possibly drain lawl) is scaled for certain abilities. For cleave vs 3 mobs w/ 300 LoH specifically, you'd gain 450 or 600 total, depending on your rune.

Ummm what's this resplendent chest farming you speaking of? How do you get 10 mil from farming that? What class are you using to farm it? I'm having trouble to farm anywhere on my monk

I posted about it a bunch in other threads. Basically you go into underbridge and let tyrael clear it for you while you're dead for 20minutes, unless you can somehow help him and survive at all, and sometimes there is a resplendent in there as well as a champ pack that he'll kill after a while. Then you port to keep1 or whatever it is and a chest can spawn on the grate. Since its act3 the items have a chance to be the highest tier so you can get 1k dps 1h's and such. Act3 right before siegebreaker.

Unless they fixed it in the last 8 hours you can still skip around to whatever quest you want.
