Serious question; If I list an item on the RMAH and have B.net balance chosen as my deposit method. Blizzard takes the dollar and the rest goes to my Bnet balance. However can I then transfer funds from my Bnet balance to my Paypal? Or does Paypal have to be chosen upon listing an item to receive that money?

Also if you list an item as Paypal does Blizzard still take 1 dollar, and then an additional 15%? Also does Paypal charge anything additional for the transfer? There are a few different questions in there but if anyone knows the answers to them and could respond it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yeah I was just reading over the FAQ and found that part, and Bnet balance isn't transferable. >< Still curious if anyone knows if Paypal charges anything for the transfer. If something sells for $20 blizzard takes $1 and then 15% of $20, but is that it or does Paypal also take a chunk?

I guess I have over $150 in pseudo-gold now so to speak. Once prices stabilize I guess I can use this B.net balance to buy much better items, it's not good for anything else apparently.

    1200 DPS X-Bow with 49% dmg or a 1020 DPS X-Bow with a socket? Or perhaps a 1000 DPS Bow with a socket? For DH of course~

It is damage. I just went with 1050 X-Bow w/ a socket. 140k Tentacles crits and 270k hungering arrows and I'm never looking back haha. I have the Flawless Star Emerald recipe and I'm tempted to use, but probably worth waiting for 1.0.3 first

All weapons already have the +damage and +IAS already applied to the DPS stats so looking at those are worthless when comparing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only potentially damage-affecting weapon affixes that are not calculated into the main DPS number are:

    Strength (Barbarian/Templar)
    Dexterity (Demon Hunter/Monk/Scoundrel)
    Intelligence (Witch Doctor/Wizard/Enchantress)
    Skill damage modifiers
    Critical chance modifiers
    Critical damage modifiers
    Chance to inflict Bleed
    Mob-specific damage modifiers (Demon/Undead/Beast)

Seems right to me. I just see lots of people trying to compare items as if the +damage or +attack speed wasn't pre-calculated into the damage.

Does anyone else have an issue where the first bit of gameplay after they run the game (from not being open at all) is incredibly choppy/laggy?

It's just that very first few minutes of actual play for me are unbelievably choppy... to the point of if I resumed my game in the middle of a dangerous pack of mobs (fucking retarded) in this situation, I am guaranteed to die. With that combination, I would get like 1FPS because of all the graphic action it seems.

It completely clears up after a few minutes and runs perfectly well other than that. Is this normal for the game?

    yes that happens for me.

right when i load the game literally every area i enter freezes me for several seconds. kinda sucks cause all the places i need to visit to farm are right in the middle of tons of monsters. i assume it's cause my video card sucks. i don't know if this is the case for you.

It happens to me every time I open the game for the day (if I close the game and open it at a latter time, it doesn't happen), though, it only happens for a few seconds (5ish), not minutes, and not 1 FPS but 20-25 instead of the usual 60

I get it on occasion, but nothing terribly paralyzing. My bigger concern is always rubberbanding a second or two after pausing in a SP game. Can be bad if I do it mid-fight.

This used to happen to me because I installed the game to a failing 1tb HD which wasn't as bad as it is now but still none the less it was bad enough. I moved the install to WD raptor and I haven't had it since. I don't know if It was the speed of the previous HD 7200rpm or if it was the fact it was a piece of shit and constantly locking up. Warrantied now and I plan to put it back there to try it out once I get my replacement.

Yes it happens to everyone and it's something that warrants fixing. It makes me reeeaallly nervous in HC mode. I have also read (from an official source,I think) that the rubberbanding is caused, not by server lag, but by the way the game reads from the hard drive. Too lazy to go look up source but they are most likely related, game is buggy as shit in spots.
