I've made almost $600 after Blizz cuts just selling random stuff over the past day. Unbelievable how much people pay for pixels. Is there a way to transfer B.net balance to Paypal or am I fucked?

You can transfer it to Paypal for a total of $2 +15%fee if you have a trustworthy friend to help. You'll be player A and your friend can be player B

Assuming $600 BNET:

Player B lists item for $250 BNET
Player A Buys item for $250 BNET, Player B receives $249 BNET due to $1 fee
Player A lists item for $249 PAYPAL (not 250 since your buddy took the $1 fee)
Player B buys item for $249 PAYPAL, Player A is left with ~$210.80 PAYPAL ((249-1)x0.85).
Player B ends up with $0 BNET $0 PAYPAL for being a swell guy.

So yes you can cash out, but you need a friend to do it with.

If you are racking in that much, might be worth the investment if you don't want to bother someone each time. I am not in this boat as I have no luck and poor ability to farm drops. 1.0.3 is right around the corner. I'd avoid attack speed until we know what the hell they're doing to it. Legendary patch isn't coming with 1.0.3 confirmed by Bashiok ok reddit yesterday.

If it functions like a state sales tax, then I believe residents in some states (such as Wisconsin) do not pay sales taxes for digital goods.

I seriously hope they don't mess IAS too much, I'd be royally fucked if they make it... I don't know, not so speedy, right now I'm stacking it to make use of LoH, if that's not possible after the patch, I'm going to the 2H route as mobs will probably deal less damage
