Just watching gold AH and buying stuff that's decent for low amounts of gold then reselling on RMAH in between Heart of Sin runs. This hasn't worked out too well in the last 2-3 days though. I think people are starting to catch on, lol.

I was doing the same thing but on a much lower scale. Bought lots of random terrible weapons for 20-50k, about half of which I managed to sell for between $5-10 each. The rest of my sales have been slightly better garbage or useless legendaries that have added up to about $110. Nothing I list above $25 has ever sold though, but I guess I haven't listed all that much that would look as enticing to whoever is buying this crap.

When I do get really good items (like that chest above), I'm actually less inclined to try to RMAH because I feel like I could just do what you mentioned, buy low on gold ah, sell high on rmah, and make way more then $250 out of that money. Hope I don't miss out on the gravy train while I wait for that shit to sell tho.

I sold one pair of gloves that was nice but not like omgwtfamazing for $35, everything else I've sold has been <$10. I've noticed a few things for $1-2 bids about to expire that I turned and sold for $5 buyouts np as well.

Thats a terrible templar relic

Actually its not really that bad as a Defensive Relic. VIT + Armor are two of the best things you can give you templar defensively, All Resist on that is a bonus.

It has no Strength, But since when would you ever use the Templar for the DPS?
