Ya that has everything except high block. I'm guessing around 1.5mil or so, though I haven't looked in a week or so.

20% is perfect block. You're not going to find higher unless you rolled high block again AND a block affix.

Depends on the shield type. I've seen blues with much higher rates, but they absorb less and have slightly lower armor. You can get around 30% on a rare, but it won't have the stats of a well rolled stormshield.

Base block rate on all shields varies from 10-20%. Block affix can go up to 8%. Legendaries like stormshield are an exception. And damage absorbed increases for every tier.

There are no high block % low reduction shields. No low block % high reduction shields. T18 just absorbs more than t17, t17 more than t16, etc.

I have a level 46 blue I got from vendor with 18+7% for 25 total, wish it was actually a decent shield lol.

My Templar has a 39% block rate lol. It's kind of nice now that everything in A3 doesn't kill in one hit even through a shield block haha.

It's pretty much a perfect roll for sure. Least post update where attack speed doesn't mean shit. A socket, crit damage already there and 100+ DEX? Blows my 987 DPS bow with INT and VIT outta the water by a bajillion miles LOL. God I need a new weapon.

Not really a perfect roll. A wasted 23 min damage(I think), crit dmg can go up to 100%, enhanced damage can go up to 50%, dex can go up to 200.

Don't get me wrong it's a fucking amazing weapon and will probably sell for 200-250 cash monies easily. I just eventually started getting a pet peeve about people saying legendaries are fine because rares with perfect rolls are supposed to be better.. while claiming stuff that are worlds worse than this qualify as "perfect rolls". /endrant
