I wanna say it's like 12-13 dps on that thing, so yeah it's meh, if it were 10-11% attack speed it would be like ok I'm getting a new car.

I totally get what you're saying though, there's blues on the ah for low 6 figures that literally aren't half as good as that thing that blow any legendary weapon I've seen completely out of the water.

It's also only 6 prop counting socket, weapons can get 7 or 8 can't they?

Nope, 6 props are the max. When you see 7 or 8 different things it's actually a prop that gives multiple stuff. Like a str/vit prop.

Yeah it's not really perfect. It's good, don't get me wrong. 23 min damage is "ok", of the heavens is worse than "death", only 37 damage, no ias (don't know why you think that's a shitty stat, a 10% ias will increase your damage a lot), crit damage is good and socket good. Dex can go above and beyond 200, it can hit 300 or more I believe. That being said, great xbow.

On a weapon stats can only go above 200 if it's from multiple props.

fwiw the weapon would have to have extra damage on it to compensate for IAS in order to be a better weapon.

Not really a perfect roll. A wasted 23 min damage(I think), crit dmg can go up to 100%, enhanced damage can go up to 50%, dex can go up to 200.

Don't get me wrong it's a fucking amazing weapon and will probably sell for 200-250 cash monies easily. I just eventually started getting a pet peeve about people saying legendaries are fine because rares with perfect rolls are supposed to be better.. while claiming stuff that are worlds worse than this qualify as "perfect rolls". /endrant

If boots don't have movement speed they're pretty much entirely worthless, though as mentioned you can consider them plain old 19% gf and see what that gets you.

I've gotten 2 dread shield patterns to drop, but only 4 stats on them. Shield patterns can drop more stats than that right? wondering if its worth my time.

Exalted, exalted fine, exalted grand, from lowest to highest tiers (4 to 6 properties). Exalted plans drop like candy; I have gotten more than 18 the moment I set foot in inferno. Worth your time to craft? Probably not unless you got the bank to start, otherwise you're looking at losses unless your stars align.

I learn 4 props just for the achieve. Only craft 5-6 props.
