funny you should say that. lvl 57 is the single most common level of amulet i get. It's so weird. Just an odd number.

Currently have this on the AH:
Set it w/ no buyout. Only bid I have gotten is at 3mil, with 2 hours left. Hoping for a bit more by the time it closes out.
Really nice combo on that with the regen and life on hit.
Yeah, I was really expecting to get at least 6mil, but it ended up going for only 3mil. Shame.
damn.. I would have bought that if I saw this post.![]()
Anyone have some idea what is selling decently well on the RMAH atm? I'm thinking about selling the shadow amulet for gold then buying a few things to swap to the other AH. >.>a
natalya's I think.
Aye, I was looking at those and the ring seems to be selling really well.
Just got these and they look pretty good for monk. Think I'm going to list for 2m min bid with no buyout.

"Magic find affects the quality of items you acquire from killing enemies (but not treasure chests, vases, weapon racks, or other environmental objects). It doesn’t give you a chance to get more items on a given kill – instead, it increases the chance that an item you find will be magical, and more potent than it would be otherwise."

They just updated the game guide earlier, apparently MF does effect quality.
It affects quality as in 6 affix vs 5 affix, but not the quality of the rolls themselves (e.g. 60 vs 50 Strength), which is what Deadgye was talking about.
Yeah appears not the quality of the rolls, but still affects quality by affecting the number of affixes, which in turn can affect quality of an item. Either way it's nice that they laid it out fully.
Quality might be getting misinterpreted here. While MF affects the gray/white/blue/etc rate, it shouldn't be affecting ilvl, which is its own tier of quality... which then goes on to affect access to the mod pool.
Kripp was talking about how we don't know how MF affects garenteed drops from NV stacks and how that plays a roll with how good an item will be in relation to your current mf.
I would assume more is better but you know how blizzard is. I still feel his method of farming is the best. Get through and act ASAP and just stack damage. 40m A3 runs is pretty fucking good if you ask me.
What's not the understand?
Roll for how much stuff to drop - Lets say 3 items.
• Roll item 1 through the MF pyramid - Oh sorry, you got a white
• Roll item 2 through the MF pyramid - You got yourself a blue
• No rares obtained yet, so the crappiest # of affix rare becomes the bottom of your pyramid (i.e. a 100% chance to get)
• Roll item 3 through the MF pyramid - Boom, you got a shitty rare if you failed all the higher rolls again
I mean, sure, you can't really know how it works internally, but why would it be rocket science?
Edit: Ignore if that Kripp reference was stated before Bliz clarified MF; I don't subscribe to that dude.
Just hex edit your MF to be 999999![]()
Just got a pretty sick DPS 1h axe...Lack of socket / Crit and low LoH made me cry though...Still, PC?
