But there's a pony level that I want to try out, anyone wanna team up with me tonight to try it (on nightmare difficulty)? It's kind of expensive so I can't do it on my own.

I got the staff of herding done today and opened it on normal, lol. gold drops there aren't too terrible at all either.. but it costs 200k for nightmare and 500k for hell, so

Yea I watched a youtube vid on it and it doesn't seem worth it at all. Not at this moment anyway, where money is not set in stone.

It's decently worth it on hell, as long as your staff doesn't randomly disappear for no reason.

The returns in gold are pretty good. Sometimes we'd pull 20k+ in one run on NM, so a few runs will pay for the cost of the staff. We're waiting on 1-2 people to finish hell so we can upgrade to hell, hopefully will get into inferno within a week.

Permanent access. Also, I have a staff and I'm willing to say it's worth it, the level is pretty lucrative and the staff isn't that hard to obtain.

Yeah but there is pretty much negative reasons to go do normal, or any lesser pony levels for that matter except maybe hell. Starting the game over on the next difficulty nets better rewards.

just a note on that, you only keep the NM one, but it works for both. and yes, its unlimited uses
