Those pics from the face attack look real... there's a surveillance video surfacing. You can't see much because it's shot at quite a distance, which is probably for the best I guess. One thing that's a little disturbing is that it happened in broad daylight and the attack lasted 18 minutes.

really there is nothing in your face that can kill you, so long as he does not hit the brain(or bleeds out) he would be fine, body shots(punches/gun shots) can cause a lot of damage because you have so much there. dude I would guess would black out in pain fairly fast.
