Also stop taking fucking benzos on parole. being "highly strung" is just an excuse, there's plenty of legal ways to deal with that.

thing is man I am doing the best I have in 10 yrs. it's the damn valiums and xanax that get me fucked off. When I get out i will just go to the psychiatrist i guess and do in legally, but no insurance fucks me, here is the one alternative I have found and it is the bomb I have heard, I have only used naz but this is way more better (from my friends that have tried it)

I love my sperm niggers here because i get to hear the hard truth it really does help in this fuck up times (ya i get serious when jail is involved) anyway it is p fking crazy atm because everyone is coming out of the woodwork to have my back in the reals and i always considered myself a PoS but fuck i guess if you get your hustle on and get people high attitudes change quick like.
