    oh--believe me I was angry as hell and hated her, mostly

    but the movie itself does.. something.. really well. Can't quite put my finger on it but it felt well done

    why would you hate her, the entire point was that he was projecting this image of perfection onto her and had to cope with the loss when she decided she wasn't as into him as he was into her.
