I lost interest in Splinter Cell after Chaos Theory! It felt like with a lot of the Tom Clancy games they moved completely away from the core of the games.. I guess what they were always about... Looking at those videos it seems they might be taking a step back towards old school splinter cell? At least re-introducing some of the old concepts while leaving in some of the newer dumb shit... Game definitely looks promising.
Have many enjoyed the last few games? Thoughts on this upcoming one?
I too lost appeal after CT but this one seems really interesting and i'll pick it up for sure
Proud to say that i decided to encourage the WII U version instead of the PS3!!!
Splinter Cell: Blacklist: Spies vs. Mercs (May 2nd, 2013)
Fuck yeah had so much fun in pandora tomorrow online back then
Don't know whether to be hype or not. Still nervous after they fucked it up so bad in Double Agent.

It doesn't see, to be noted there but in a French interview on tv they said that how spies vs Mercs is done is that
Example you play spies 10min and try to hack as many CPU as you can
After the 10 min the spies becomes the Mercs and vice versa after some rounds who ever hacked the most CPU wins
So it's not like pandora which you have a choice to stealth and kill the Mercs or hack the CPU.
Which saddens me a bit, but I'll still enjoy the game
Well i'm a little less interested in Spies vs Mercs now.
Nothing in that game was more satisfying then when you grabbed a merc from behind then pushed that awkwardly placed white button so you could hear them yelling as you break their neck.
So it's basically Double Agent's formula again. Fucking terrific.
Well, I still have hope for the Classic Mode, but I'm expecting shit to come about in the "upgrade" mode that they're putting more time into.
So taking into account that Michael Ironside has refused to reprise his role as the voice of Sam Fisher, would you guys prefer they just find a new voice actor for Sam (which is what they're doing), or introduce a new character instead, and take Sam out of the equation? For me, I like Sam and all, but it just doesn't feel the same without Ironside voicing him.
