Wii U sales have frequently clocked in at less than 5% of their total units pushed through and they're projecting 7M for Watch Dogs. Did they see the preorder numbers then say 'LOL fuck it put the Wii U guys on the 360/PS3 versions so we can make those better.'

Sony Entertainment Network lists the game's release date as June 30th

Information and details about Watch Dogs has been fairly quiet since the game was delayed from its intended release at the end of 2013, but with a new listing having appeared on Sony Entertainment Network, the anticipated next-gen title may finally have a release timeframe.

According to a new listing on the Sony Entertainment Network marketplace, a release date of June 30th, 2014 was posted alongside details and information for the upcoming Ubisoft title, alongside a price point of $59.99 for the digital edition of the game. While no official confirmation of the date has been made available just yet, the potential release date from SEN could be true as the game was targeted for a spring 2014 release from its initial delay.

The release date on SEN, however, could also just as likely be either a mistake or a placeholder date on the marketplace, as June 30th is a Monday (with new game release typically releasing on Tuesdays).

1) The first or last of any calendar month
and
2) Did not come from a publisher

The likelihood of it being placeholder BS is damn near 100%
