Ubisoft claims Uplay isn't causing the problemshttp://www.vg247.com/2014/06/05/watc...ed-to-rewards/Speaking with Eurogamer, a Ubisoft rep said, “The Watch Dogs team is aware of this problem and is working to find a fix for the players it affects. The issue is not specifically related to Uplay Rewards, and we’re doing our best to find a solution.
“In the meantime, players can submit a ticket at support.ubi.com if they are encountering this issue.”

I've been screwing around so much with side quests that I only just now got to the point in the main quest line where you start doing online hacks (yeah, third mission, I know, I really like the sidequests). Do you actually lose anything if you get hacked? Seems to me it's just a competition for extra points, but you don't lose anything for losing.
So, basically, if I don't care if I'm getting hacked, I just go on my merry way and let the invading guy get his free points?
You lose points in the online standing thing for getting hacked or for failing when you invade. Well, you can fail to hack, but still run away to get some points. And when you're invaded you can't do missions.
I really like the digital trip minigame "Alone"
The more I play this game, the more I'm convinced that the people who made this game were, well, dumb. Like, mechanically, it's fine, and it is fun, but the plot is just stupid.
I love getting invaded in this game, haven't lost yet. Last kill I got some guy in the head with the Destroyer while he was trying to take off in a boat. One before I emptied the full auto shotty into him after he tried to run me over in a semi.
Conspiracy DLC is now available
http://www.vg247.com/2014/06/06/watc...yborgs-in-new/Watch Dogs has received a new piece of DLC content, in which hack-master Aiden Pearce takes on a army of killer cyborgs. All in a day’s work eh lad?
Conspiracy is a new Digital Trip mini-game that fills the world with cyborgs that can be tracked and killed across Chicago. The DLC costs $5 as a standalone download, or it comes as part of the $30 season pass.
DLC already?....Granted it's only a mini-game..but this soon?
So it seems like the enemies in this game can't swim. Every time they're chasing after me I just jump into the water and I'll lose them lol...
Yup. Played Alone the first time this weekend. I'm aware of the difference. I have the Season Pass and PSN Plus, I'm guessing it auto downloaded. Maybe something to do with Amazon pre-order? I dunno.
Unrelated: Story wise, I'm still in Chapter Two (just past the poker game), but I've done every investigation I can find on the map. I'm still a couple of QR codes, missing persons, burner phones, and one weapons crate short of full completion, and I haven't even started the Human Trafficking line. Is it safe to assume those become available as I progress further in the story?
Yea, side quests still up open way into the story. The trafficking might be the last one though.
