I was excited the day they posted the new pricing standard. Gonna be nice only paying $9.99($7.99 for 3 month?) a month for 8 characters slots per server. Let alone 40 total for my account. Although I don't expect to play more than 1, 2 maybe for mule purposes, it is definitely a move in the right direction as this is the norm for all MMO's.

I'm going to get plenty of mileage out of the extra character slots myself. Just playing a character new again in the 2.0 world is reason enough for a second character, my current character has every class above lvl 20 almost (Just a couple straggling crafting classes and fishing are under lvl 20) which means a good deal of the new content in the starter parts of the game are going to be near useless to me other then to do them for the sake of it. Plus it will be nice to be able to keep a current character active while being able to start a brand new character on a different server to join other friends, and that doesn't include the fact that some of us would like to have more then 1 character race available to us to level without paying extra money a month to do so XD.

Again, I can't wait to see what areas and systems they pull from previous Final Fantasy games. The crystal tower already sounds pretty awesome. Reinheart on the official forums also said the part 2 of the game watch interview had some new interesting info.

I'm fairly sure past tracks will be remixed. We got the Moogle theme already and he wants to go all out with fanservice so the tracks are also needed. Maybe when we reach the top we get to fight the Cloud of Darkness as well XD

The best part is how you can spam sound emotes in this game which are a lot more annoying than seeing people hopping around. We're all so much more mature for spamming moans and cries than those wowers, fuck wow man amirite.
