Can anyone point me at any information about PvP in ARR? I wasn't the slightest bit interested in XI but then went on to PvP in several other games and enjoyed it. I have a bunch of friends potentially interested in the game who enjoy PvP and I want to be able to give them an assessment. If there's not much out there, np.

I got a code from the german PS facebook. It had a reg code and a PS3 client code, playing on PC fine with the former so you should be fine.

If we level version 1.0 characters during Phase 3 will it be deleted and re-imported for phase 4?

Are the only sources of crystal shards in P3 thus far limited to Sprites and..I guess quests (as far as i've seen)?

Gathering classes are primary source.

Fate's don't scale with players? So far they're the worst part of this game.

Do you mean scale with the amount of players? That kind of sucks if they don't.

They are suppose to be able to change fates on the fly depending on the amount of ppl participating, adjusting hp/strength and amount. I don't know if they are already doing this or if it will be in at P4/launch.

The should/will scale with number of participants.

If you don't feel like Level-Syncing, there's so many damn FATEs going on everywhere constantly that you should move to one that's more appropriate for your level (although NM-related ones are extremely difficult solo).

I was doing ones higher level than me and mobs were still dying before i could finish casting a single stone, and that's with less than 10 people doing the fate. All the ones I've done so far besides the one boss one were reallllly boring. It's like they took GW2 events, and and did everything bad about them without any of the fun/good. Besides the wonky targetting system(it's been this bad since 1.0), and fates, everything else is fantastic though.

So fates don't scale..yet? That's good news then.

Is there a way to get a new Weathered weapon? I accidentally sold my pickaxe last weekend and all the sales data has been cleared.

Npc's in the city should sell the weathered gear, look for ones around the adventurers guild or that classes guild.

Pretty much anything you need that seems like it should be found at an NPC will be in the town's "market" area, where there's a separate NPC vendor for food, weapons, armor, tools, etc.

Is there a way to sort inventory?

Is there a way to open multiple inventory/retainer windows? I'm not a fan of the 5x5 bags. I know they are going to give us 10x10 but for now what options are there?
