anyone else? :/
Anyone who started in Limsa, where does the level 14 story quest start for you guys? Friend managed to not grab it.
Technically, that spreadsheet does show it, but it isn't completely obvious until it is pointed out.
Example: DRG is listed on Archer and Marauder, therefore those are the two class abilities it can use + its base class, Lancer.
edit: The classes needed for Lancer to unlock its job will be one of those first two at 15 + Lancer at 30. If that system isn't being changed.
edit2: WHM and BLM only having one class + their base pretty much means Arcanist will be their other one.
I'm sorry, I forgot there was a subclass needed to start unlocking jobs quests.
its really cool, you have to get it from a quest. Its an action you use in your hotbar that brings up a menu.
Only can dye 4 pieces (head, body, gloves, feet) just click on the armor you want and select a dye. press a button and its done. 8 colors i think and 5 shades for each color (dont quote me)
the dye is really cheap too, can buy from npc for like 100-200gil
You can set it to your hotbar I guess but once you finish the quest you can just right click any piece of gear and select dye.
How exactly do we obtain Carbonized Matter?
Edit: Well, I answered my own question. Starting at 16 Grade 1 is obtainable.
1. The Stat system can't be undone like 1.0 right?
2. Optimal Attribute layout for PLD?
There probably will be a limited way to redo it like in the latter version of 1.0.
You forgot pants... so its all 5 "visible" pieces of armor. No dying of weapons.
Spoiler: show
I thought I had it bookmarked but does anyone have the list of stat descriptions/effects?
I'm pretty sure they said the same thing in 1.0 but then they added (limited quantity) items that allowed stat resets, tbh it's kind of stupid that they're "permanent" at all.
Yeah, and I'm trying to find if there's anywhere they said if base stats (str/mnd/etc) have any effect at all on DoH/DoL. I don't believe any of my 2.0 gear retained any of those stats, which is why I was thinking maybe not.
