I am kinda PO'd. I didn't preorder PS3 CE cause I don't own one. Now I am buying the GTA V bundle and could have used the code on it for CE. Could have still used Preorder code and played early on PC.

I know this has probably been asked before but...

Anyone preorder a ps3 regular physical copy from the SE store? Do you get the same codes as a PC digital download for early access? I have no idea why there would be a need for a physical disc if you can just play the game from the PS3 HDD. Also anyone order from gamestop and got the early access code? I just want to make sure PS3 also gets early access.

I ordered both the PS3 standard copy from game stop and the PS3 CE from the SE store with in the first week it was available. Both came with with the early access codes.

I remember reading about it a while back, but just making sure: Are unused trial-codes from 1.0 CE boxes still redeemable for the full game? And if so, can you apply them to an existing "beta" account, or will you have to create a totally new SE account?

They have said that the 1.0 buddy passes should still be valid in 2.0, however since they haven't re-opened code registration yet, I can't answer your subsequent questions. I hope you can apply them to an existing beta account, since I have two friends banking on that to work (either that or have them open code registration before Phase 4).

question about 1.0 version and pre order code:
Is it possible to add the preorder code to a normal 1.0 account? I just want the early start (or will they not allow this, since its also not possible to add a new CE Box Code to the old 1.0 account?)

And did you all get your pre-order codes already? I bought it on amazon and didnt get anything yet

nvm: I found this in the FF14 Forum so I think, it is possible to add a new pre order code to an old 1.0 account

Let's say I own FFXIV 1.0 and I don't have a PS3, what should I do to get the pre-order bonuses?
Pre-order the standard edition of FFXIV:ARR. Once you've received the pre-order code, apply it to your current FFXIV service account.

Correct, unless you're looking for the new physical CE items as well in which case you'd need to buy the CE Ps3 version.

Yea... Went to my gamestop and they did another preorder to see why i didn't get the code and they showed me the computer that they were out of codes. Called up GS support, asked me for the receipt number + email and they sent me a code, should be getting it within 24-48 hours. Lol

I recall seeing an ARR promo video for the game release and the actors were real actors not cgi. I recall them noting that the [some of] female actors would be at a convention too. Anyone know when this is coming out or if it is out yet?

It will be debuting in PAL regions in the weeks before ARR launches.
