Is Before Meteor still releasing this Wednesday? I see several articles online that say the 14th is the date, but my order confirmation email says September 1, 2013.

Which instance was the one with checkpoints again, Bahamut or Crystal Tower?
And actually, is there any info if we can Duty Finder it and how that would work with Checkpoints?
Labyrinth.
Nop.
Anyone remember what the fan voted & designed ring is going to be for?
I don't think we know that? Plus it seems the .dats showed that we get more than one afair?
Yeah the top three were selected to be put in the game. The winning ring was the "Legacy Ring" and I believe it was level 36. One of the others was an Aetheryte ring and the other I don't remember, but I think it was green.
Another thing that i'm not sure (unless they claried and I mised it)
1) For those who buy a copy either PS3 or PC (standard or collector) will get a 30 days free like most MMO right?
2) If that's the case for us 1.0 accounts that gets to play free until the 9th and I buy a PS3 version. If I activate my PS3 copy the 27th will my 30 days be added after the 9th? or will they start the 27th aka I would play free till the 27 of september?
Or I got everything wrong again?

So you only get 30 days if you bought a PS3 game for your existing PC account. No mention of the digital upgrade anywhere. However, judging by this, I don't think the digital upgrade comes with free days:No, you cannot. The 30 day trial period cannot be applied separately from the registration code included with purchase.Let's say I purchase the Windows version, I get 30 free days to play, but can I apply these 30 days to my legacy account?
However, the PS3 version can be linked to your legacy account, granting you the 30 day trial period.
2)FFXIV:ARR includes 30 free days of playtime with purchase for new accounts. However, even though players who own FFXIV Version 1.0 will receive FFXIV:ARR for free, this does not include the 30 free days of play.

I'm almost sure that page used to say the 30-day free period starts AFTER the welcome back campaign ends, but now it's gone. Take it in whatever way you want.
I think they mentioned it during the Letter too but I don't feel like re-reading through Rein's translation. Take a look there for more information.
I want to clear up what will happen for those of us who purchased collector's edition for original game. I read somewhere on SE site that states 1.0 collectors edition accounts will get the ARR ingame rewards, the only thing I would need to buy a physical copy of ARR collectors edition would be to obtain the physical extra goodies. Is this true?
Edit: If it matters I'm also Legacy.
That's correct.

Players Who Own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition
Players who own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition will receive the FFXIV: ARR Collector’s Edition in-game bonus items (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount) for free. The in-game bonus items will be delivered via Moogle Letter when FFXIV: ARR launches.
What about the Cait Sith doll and moogle hat?
Those are part of the preorder bonuses and the only way to get them is with a preorder code (given by retailers after preordering the game). If you want to preorder online, Amazon US is still giving codes immediately after you preorder, but Gamestop and Best Buy aren't.
It doesn't matter what version of the game you preorder:
http://forum.square-enix.com/ARR-Tes...t=34392&page=7
Pre-order bonus item codes however are separate and can be registered to any service account.
Physical copies are sold out, of collector's editions, is the preorder for even a standard version and it won't matter if it's digital or not?
The preorder code is given when you preorder something, it doesn't matter whether it's standard, collector's, PC, PS3, etc. Preordering a digital game should work too (plus Amazon still shows the preorder bonuses for its digital editions).
If you don't get your code within a day after preordering, cancel and try somewhere else or contact them. You should not be charged until the game ships.
Thanks for all of your info.
I realize just now I did not specify, but I meant for online preorders. People have been reporting for weeks that you'll have to go to the actual store if you want a code from Gamestop (which is what happened to you).
I'll edit, thanks for pointing it out.
Customer service told me it wasn't emailed because I chose in-store pickup which may just be bullshit so beware of that if you pre order online. You may still have to physically go to a store anyway defeating the whole purpose so I guess we're both partially wrong.
I preordered a PS3 copy on Amazon and got a preorder code emailed to me, where can I apply this code? I already have a non legacy CE 1.0 account.
