i got friends on EU with an EU account. can they play on NA server? speaking of that, can you jump around servers in the client with any account?

Servers are not region locked. Yes, any account can make characters on any servers (however once a character is created on a server, you can't move it until further notice).

Has anyone ever had it where the Token itself is working and giving out 6 digits but the website would just not accept them?

Might be some issues today? I had a friend complain that his software token didn't work and he had to unlink it to log in.

A long while back my token started to get progressively more unsync'd from the SE server (I guess?) would have to put the code in like a minute (or more towards the end) after the token would generate it. Finally had to just remove the token from the account.

Waited 2 hours for the NA SE support chat and they wont do anything for me because im in EU.

I work during hours that the phone support and chat support is online and cant get on the domain for the account during work. So i essentially have to take a holiday or call in sick just to be able to get this resolved... Times like this it makes me realise how fucking shit SE support is especially in 2013 they dont even have the ability to view and assist on other regions accounts!! Arghh...

Funny too.. I could totally tell that this agent didnt give two fucks... bleh!

I know that code is for use on the Early Access site (slated to open, or rather, change; August 20th)

There's no code for the 1.0 items aside from what you previously received with 1.0 (and i'm assuming, have redeemed)
Those items are bound to your account and will be available on any character(s) you currently have/will create.

Code for 2.0 items will likely be included in your physical copy of the CE, or as Ratatapa mentioned below, may be included as part of the Early Access code (XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX format)
You should not need to use the "registration" code included in your 2.0 CE as you already have an active FFXIV service account due to your 1.0 purchase.

Currently have all the settings on maximum. Appreciate any advice thanks!

Same on my Radeon 6870. Turned the settings down to Standard Desktop and it went away.

Do you know if SE are aware of it? This seems to be an issue with alot of ATI cards outside of FFXIV. But most threads i found are from 2012.. Thanks anyways ill try Standard

It doesn't appear to serve a purpose at this time, but for each monster in a zone, it has a letter next to it so you can... differentiate between two otherwise identical monsters, I guess.
