Flame Sergeant is good, but body is where you make up the majority of your piety. Might be hard to make up enough elsewhere.

Anything a lv30 can do to earn Anima? I've completely run out now.![]()
Buy Hamlet materials, trade them in (check the hamlet thread OP).
Is it assumed all the current content is going away once 2.0 hits? Like raids, GC quests, Beast Strongholds, Hamlet, and Primal fights? Or just some of the current content related to the story like Hamlet and GC quests?
The only stuff that should be going away completely is stuff that's related to the Seventh Umbral Era / Dalamud stuff.
Don't take my word for this, but of the things you posted, I think it looks something like this:
• Raids - Staying (Officially stated that we're keeping AV/CC, not 100% sure about the older ones)
• GC quests - the Dalamud-related ones are definitely going away, but for the unrelated stuff, your guess is as good as anyone else's
• Beastmen Strongholds - Staying (no official confirmation, but there's no reason for them to go anywhere)
• Hamlet - Staying
• Primal Fights - Going away, or at the very least, the quest dialog and motivations will be changing.
Anyone got the list for each classes stat list and what they cap out at etc?
What? Like... stat caps for auto-attack? That varies depending on your weapon.
Stats cap per weapon based on their DMG and DPS (higher values = higher cap). General numbers are ~330-350 for primary and ~300-315 for secondary stats.
Ok cheers. I meant overall for each class but the figures above confirm i can just apply to each classes primary and secondary stat. On that is there the list for that to make sure i am correct in each one?
eg. LNC STR: 330-350 / PIE: 315-330
350/310

For THM, is there a relationship value where matk potency outweighs INT, or is there a specific INT to gear for and then look at matk potency? eg, 350INT > MATK etc?
Basically looking at 7matk shield vs 7int flame shield, certain other pieces like rings and whatnot.
Why do abilities like parsimony and necrogenesis cause me to lock-on? How do I make it stop?
Edit : NM right in front of my face for like 30 minutes..
Weren't they going to be instanced? Or at least getting separate zones, yeah.
INT doesn't cap, Matk does, not likely to cap on anything worth fighting.
In general 1 Matk will increase your damage more than 1 INT, a noteworthy exception is a combo'd Thundara, the combo bonus gives it a huge Matk boost essentially auto capping it (even on high level targets) so only INT will increase it's damage. Considering Thunder->Thundara is your main source of damage on anything single target it's worth taking into consideration.
Also in case you didn't know, you gain 1 Matk per 4 INT.
yeah i actually already knew the answer and just derped myself into forgetting this morning lol.
I was looking at building a THM set out of Flame items so it looks like it'll work out okay. Was way to early/late to look at gear, ; ;
For DRG, how much better are Felt Gloves with +32 STR on them than the AF gloves (attack+40)?
Better, aside from STR being more significant point-for-point than ATK, 32 STR gives 21 ATK anyway.
Felt bracers also have 3 PIE and 5 ACC which is nice.
More STR is always better of course, and a nice pair of STR bracers will span you every DD but ARC.
Thats what I heard, but when I equip my bracers from nothing I don't see my attack go up at all.
Anyway, just went 1/5 on Felt Bracers for STR +32 and 1/5 on Cobalt Haub w/ PIE +32. Spent a cool 2.5ish mil doing it, but I would say it was a success. If I ever need to sell it, assuming the prices haven't droped, I'll make a pretty decent profit.
I can't decide on anything that's worth replacing legs and feet with.
For one, the melds on legs kind of suck, and they give STR+10 and PIE+7. Second, the feet have enmity -15 and enhances elusive jump... and I think hate will be a problem with all this new equipment, especially since I just unequipped about -30 enmity.
Can I do a main storyline quest that requires, say, a level 30 job then come back and accept the reward on a lower level job?
