Dumb I know, but what level of leather working is required to meld felt bracers? I'm at work and can't find anywhere that actually lists required level on my phone.

For future reference:
- materia melding minimum level requirement is the same as the minimum level required to equip the item in question
- repairing minimum level requirement is somewhere around the level required to craft the item in question (or -10~13 levels below the item's required level to equip).
Repair is 10 levels below the equip requirement, recipe level is unrelated (not everything is synthed).
Yeah think I'm gonna pick up a few stacks of resin, power out 200-300 militia boots, since I'm sitting on 2 stacks of raptor leather.
I'll probably do the same with weaver. Dat 40+ grind ><
Stupid question, haven't played since april of 2011, what kind of party do I need to grab the coffer for BLM in Aurum Vale? Can I just grab any 4 people or do I need a tank/healer, 2 DD etc?
Apparently i'm not leet enough to get an answer when asking such a question in my LS.
Aurum Vale is super stupid easy. You will just need the minimum amount of people to enter, then 2-3 people could kill the jellyfish to trigger access to the first room in which you hug right and escape the gas and claim your prize.
What's the biggest level difference is to get the full quest exp?
Quest exp is gimped if you are any level below recommended. If the quest awards 4,500 exp to a level 45 and that happens to be 5% of a Lv45's exp bar (that's not the correct %, but pretend it does for the sake of this explanation), then if you do it on a class under Lv45, you would get however much exp would fill 5% of your exp bar.
Also worth noting that exp bonus +% (food, rested, etc.) does not affect quest exp rewards.
Been doing Skirmish for the first time. Only been doing the Tree one in LL.
Yesterday someone mentioned that there is an easy one with a 'golem'. So I was wondering what Skirmish(es) people do on BG?
Also how do I need any pre-req to do Caravan Escorts?
We did both the Skirmishes. Didn't seem to vary in difficulty really but both are easy anyway.
I hope you like hate reset moves!!
The NM island I found easier, if a bit more boring (no melee allowed).
The island with the tree gives you little leeway in terms of kiting when it's resetting hate every 5 seconds, the golem you can pretty much kite perpetually without too much trouble since you've got all the room in the world.
Is there some trick to not getting hate reset on the golem? A move to run away from or something? I have only done that island twice so far, so I haven't had much room for experimentation. I was the tank though, and felt like a useless sack of shit on that golem. I couldn't figure out which move was resetting my hate, plus that move that binds you was really screwing up my running.
I think the hate reset is the one where he kicks you in the chest, but I can't be sure, so I was wondering if anyone knew for sure what it was and whether it can be avoided (not that it's necessary to win, just curious).
Ahhh I can't remember what triggers it, but I've done runs where it is never used. It can also be slept, which is kind of funny. Kuro might know as he was tanking those ones.
