    Unless they are getting BV acc song then I'm pretty sure they are no where near 100% with 450 base no food on garuda. I think you need around 500 + song to be capped.

    "Should" be at a theoretical accuracy cap if you hit 490 with food, I get marginally resisted at 484.

    I'd get at least one resist per fight at 490ish, never got resisted in 3-4 fights after trying 510-515.

    I was playing with my INT/M.Acc ratio recently and I think with something as low as 460 M.Acc, I would get resisted maybe 2~3 times throughout the fight.

    Still happening, but barely anyone does it anymore as most people who know how to deal with the mobs have got what they need by now.

    (2 separate nights we had a camp all to ourselves, at least 3 hours of continuous killing each night.........1 hat)

    I've seen about 3~4 hats drop each session of about 2 hours of killing. (For a total of like 6 hats and 1 tricorne...)

    I still fucking hate this "event" more than anything. I don't understand how they could simultaneously make Atomos (what it was) while making this tripe.

    Possibly a stupid question, but I don't think I ever heard a definitive answer. Can you buy or be given a piece of equipment with 4 materia already attached and simply meld the 5th for your Gambler's Crown achievement?
