Yes, when I think of the Paper Mario series I think of all that classic action adventure gameplay and not anything like turn-based RPG combat or recruiting companions along your adventure.

I cannot recall, but the wallet you have on your NNID for WiiU/3ds purchases is also shared with the Switch right? Eg, if I put $50 on the account, I can use that between the three platforms as I choose. I'm not sure why they'd just remove CC purchases if that's still the case unless it's something to do with having to pay for a license to do that with any given piece of hardware, which they weighed against the amount of people actually doing so vs. buying a store card, given the legacy state of both platforms.

You can share it with the same account but it's not on by default, you have to set it that way. And according to the site you can just add funds via your nintendo account in browser which is also weird. No clue if this is going to be happening outside of Europe either, but I kinda doubt I'll want to buy anything on WiiU or 3DS eshop anymore even if it does.
