Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2, Tecmo Koei’s sequel to 2010′s Ken’s Rage, is in development for Wii U as well as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the publisher has confirmed.

A new set of screenshots were released today showing new playable characters Falco, Golan, Jackal, and Devil’s Rebirth. You’ll also see a few characters returning from the previous game, including The Zeed, Mr. Heart, and Shin.

I saw info for that. Wasn't sure if it was new or not, but guess it is now. Probably will just get the 360 version unless the WiiU has some extra stuff like Warrior's Orochi 3 HYPER will have.

Seems the basic won't be to hard to find at first but I have a feeling anything still left on black Friday will me gone as well. Parents won't care if its deluxe or basic, they will just want to get it for their kid and make them happy.

Also, I don't remember from other launches but will games be hard to find? Should I even worry about pre-ordering games or they should be pretty readily available?

pretty sure there was more games then consoles going around after the Wii launch remember the guy at game station actually telling me they only had 20 Wii's in on shipment two and 55 Zelda's and i was the only person to want a Zelda with there Wii

Don't chuck away your Wii just yet. You'll need it handy when Wii U arrives to transfer over your WiiWare purchases.

Nintendo of America's product marketing manager (and often Shigeru Miyamoto's translator) Bill Trinen has said users will need both machines hooked up to an internet connection simultaneously to transfer over your account and associated purchases.

In a process apparently similar to 3DS-to-3DS XL transfers, Trinen told 1Up, "Essentially you'll have your Wii and you'll have your Wii U. Those two will connect and the data transfer will happen and you'll transfer the SD card over. Then you'll have access to the digital content that you downloaded for Wii and you can play that on Wii U."

He goes on to clarify, "And of course all the Wii software itself will be backwards compatible."

So if you've bought a load of digital games on your Wii, you'd best hold off trading it in until you've done the whole transfer business.

Uh..no? It was gc only until shortly before release when it was quickly ported to wii, since the the wii was being released at the same time anyway. They were also released at basically the same time, as well.

Fyi, TP was announced as a gc game in 2003.

GCN version was released a month after the Wii one according to wiki. Was a quick port job (mirror the whole game to make Link right-handed...), but it was the superior version non the less.

Not sure why I thought it was a year though.

Wii U Deluxe bundle sells out at Target (online)

Mark down another retailer that is seeing huge demand for the Wii U. Target is now sold out of the Deluxe bundle online. As of right now, the basic bundle is still available. I'm guessing that'll be gone soon! Thanks to all that sent this in!
