In the Comic Reverse Flash kills Barry Allens Mom because he hates him, and wanted to fuck with him and ruin his life as much as possible. He wanted to kill Barry, but realized that if he kills Barry, he will never become the Reverse Flash because if there was no Flash in the Past, he would have never recreated the experiment 500 years later to become Reverse Flash (get it?) So that's why he doesn't let Flash get hurt and keeps him safe, he needs him to be The Flash in order for him (500 years later) to become Reverse Flash.

About the time Travel Stuff, In an Episode Teaser Reverse Flash talks about the Speed Force and how he's using that X shaped machine to drain energy from it. The Speed Force is where Barry gets his powers from and what ultimately allows them to travel through time. Barry powers this speed force the faster he runs and makes it stronger (hence why Wells is always pushing Barry to "run faster"). So, from the looks of it, Wells wants Barry to run faster, Power the Speed Force, Drain power from the Speed Force, and use it to return to his own time.

I like Cisco, he is a less pretty version of Arrow's Felicity. I do not want him to die or change yet. I am super curious, how they are going to do Caitlin Snow change to a villain. For her to become the villain she is suppose to be is going to take a hella good writing.

Cisco dosn't die. there was a preview from paleyfest that shows cisco and laurel talking

the whole confusion with wells in the present: hes stuck in the past because as barry rescued his younger self and as wells killed barry's mother flash entered the speed force leaving wells behind. Wells has no control over the speedforce (which all speedsters draw their speed from) because as the reverse flash he draws his power from the negative speed force. the wand that we see that draws power from the atmosphere to stop the weather wizard will ultimately be the same one he uses to drain speed from speedsters.

Assisting Ronnie is simply an act to keep barrys trust and throw others off the trail that hes the reverse flash.

True, but Reverse Flash does have control over the Negative Speed Force, and in the comic *CAN* freely travel through time anytime he wants and alter the timelines. The TV Reverse Flash apparently doesn't have this ability *yet* so we have to see how things play out.

Good, not great episode. Kinda glad they undid the Iris/Barry thing for now. Even though I'm sure they'll beat us to death with it.

What I really disliked was Golden Glider's Gun. That shit was full on retarded. Shooting (seemingly) liquid gold? Just fucking retire! You've got yourself a major score there. While he's at it, why doesn't just make a gun that makes him win life? I mean he was able to make like all 3 guns in a night, lol
