well, alternate dimensions, time travel and all - I'd imagine it would be rather easy. Not all of them might be recurring characters yet either.

Probably going to break it into 2-3 smaller seasons like the first season.

Take a 5 week hiatus here, 2 week hiatus there

I don't even know haha. People be drunk and don't know what google or search is. It's been pretty clear since Arrow season 1 that the TV DC universe is its own little world.

W/all the casting I'm a bit concerned. I understand all the time travel and multiple dimensions since that's really what Flash is all about, but in a TV show unless a lot of the casting is just for brief appearances it sounds like they will be juggling multiple story lines which will start to collide/come together towards the season finale. So it may feel jumbled. Not to mention the large cast seems like beyond the CWs budget so I'm assuming most are just guest appearances

I think many will be quick shots not long running chars. Think of it as the villians that showed up for only one episode like Clock King and deathbolt and plastique, those are wellish known villians/chars that were just quick passes. Shouldn't be a big issue IMO.

And the other great thing is that while we’re solely focusing on Earth-2 for the time being, there’s an Earth-3 and Earth-4 and Earth-5 and so on, and there’s definitely room to explore all of that, certainly over the life of the series.
