Should have told them you'd send it once they sent you the cost of shipping to your paypal address, then ship a bunch of rocks, list the value at $1300, and don't put a return address.

Also, ebay isn't that terrible for selling a bunch of low value items that you don't care if you get scammed out of, but selling something worth hundreds of dollars on ebay is retarded as hell. Don't do it again.

Any sort of p2p online transaction with no middleman is prone to the same bullshit/scams as with ebay/paypal, but paypal is particularly bad due to how they hold funds/freeze accounts nowadays. Ebay is way worse for sellers than it used to be, due to the fact that you can't leave feedback for buyers, and the retarded DSR system. Buying with ebay/paypal is fine if you have common sense, but selling there is a last resort.

Western union money orders aren't reversible, so I can't imagine who would buy anything with it. If the 'seller' turns out to be fraudulent, you would be 100% fucked.

Looks like they are going to try to take the final value fee this month before I dispute the case, just removed ALL banks and credit cards from my paypal, got another shit storm when I just called, they won't do shit without me waiting until the 13th. They can suck it.

Just closed paypal account too.

Edit: AHAHA Just noticed they sent me a fake ebay payment confirmation email as well... How dumb do they think I am? I have to print the shipping label through ebay before I ship it... Wow these fucks need to get better game.

They absolutely still can reverse it, it will just leave your paypal account in the red, locking you out of using it or ebay in the future, as well as paypal selling your 'debt' to debt collectors if you don't pay up.

Note to anyone who may have this happen: the "debt collectors" are pretty much... fake. Never goes on your credit report; no consequences other than needing a new debit card if you want to use Paypal again. If when you get fucked over, just ask your bank to reverse the charge; they'll never say no.
