Yeah, from what I've played of the game so far, I have no real inclination to buy from the RMAH. Meanwhile, my luck is otherwise so shitty that just using the normal AH leaves me frustrated at prices dictated between a mix of RMT-wannabes and people who have a bad habit of overvaluing things. Oh well, not like I haven't largely geared myself on my own up until this point, anyway.

Sort by buyout price! Then look for upgrades according to your budget.I usually start at 100k.

im really turned off by this. I been playing what I consider fairly casual (only 80 hours total so far) but this new RMAH system imo is going to favor the real hardcore players and chinese gilfarmers/botters. I have no interest in trading the AH all day for gear and profit.

Ive already had trouble selling gear the past few days on AH and that will be even worse bc im sure alot of people are gonna shun the gold AH in favor of the $$ to try and make a few bucks. To me it diminishes the fun of the game and feeling of achievement. yeah I can spend a few hundred $$ to get some leet gear but its cheesy.

More than that blizzard is taking what 30%? of all transactions. thats bullshit. they might as well sell in game items through their online store

I just see it as blizzard trying to churn every dollar out of this game which honestly is not that GREAT to begin with. I think ill be taking a break from this until maybe an expansion comes out

I have an issue because I won't be using the RMAH to buy and it's either going to cause the GAH to inflate or be completely useless. I don't have the best of luck (so far) so I don't see myself cashing out but I do see the RMAH taking over and being the go to spot for selling items. Unfortunately, it may stunt my playing a bit if I'm forced to farm actual items because the GAH doesn't have them. I'm not a fan of the GAH as it is so buying off of the RMAH seems like a ridiculous idea (imo).

Blue elite weapons with top end DPS but have 0 stats that are out dps'd by weapons 3-400 dps lower because of high end stat rolls going for 250$? lO)!L0o1l)O!L0L!

I pre-purchased the game digitally and I can use it. I just can't get my funds instantly, says it till take up to 72 hours to transfer.

Ugh, paypal is being it's normal self and locking me out of my account until I provide a massive list of things I care not send them (picture ID, utility bill from my house, etc.), so it doesn't look like I will be getting in on the RMAH anytime soon. One good thing about the RMAH is that people are buying items they think will sell for good cash for gold, and then putting them up on RMAH, so I was able to sell over 8m worth of gear at fairly high prices overnight to people who I would imagine are trying to flip a RL profit on them right now.
