So, lets presume that half of the people who reported they drank in the past year have had sex while drunk at some point, that's an average of 35.5% of the US population being rapists. 314 million people in the states = 111.47 million rapists.

Good luck with that.

Once again, how do you determine someone is drunk if they come forth about the rape after they've sobered up? Since thats the whole premise of the drunk rape...that someone was inebriated and therefor unable to properly consent, and would mostly pull the "damn he ugly what the fuck he musta rape me" after sobering up.

Usually you don't - most rapes aren't reported, most reported rapes are not prosecuted, and most prosecuted rapes don't result in guilty verdicts.

Rape is SUPER EASY to get away with.

edit: I doubt half of the people who have drank in the past year have been drunk in the past year, let alone had sex. Try .1% and maybe we might be getting somewhere.
